Authentication may be sporadic 10 user sitting next to each other may work fine but 3 other users sitting in the same area may not be able to authenticate; or vice versa. Restarting the Netlogon service on the application server or domain controllers may temporarily resolve the issue.
This table is meant to cover the possible choke points in a more generalized scope, just to provide pointers on where to look.
